Claude FellChairman of the Board -Biosafe Group SA

Claude Fell is the founder of Biosafe. He holds a Master of Engineering from EPFL Lausanne, and Business Management Degree from INSEAD. Mr. Fell has more than 30 years of experience in the field of cell processing. Prior to founding Biosafe SA in 1997, he was Head of all European R&D operations of a major US multinational specialized in blood management. Mr. Fell also acted as a consultant for international organizations such as the WHO in the field of Blood Safety. He is the author of numerous patents in the areas of blood component separation, transfusion and cell isolation, including the majority of Biosafes patents. Mr. Fell is also authoring a number of scientific publications in these areas.

Lia Fell-ZakrajsekVice-Chairman of the Board -Biosafe Group SA

Lia Fell-Zakrajsek is the co-founder of Biosafe. Mrs. Fell graduated from the University of Buenos Aires in Educational Sciences. Prior to founding Biosafe SA, Mrs. Fell worked as a professor and held various executive positions in international educational organisations (UNO, HCR, UNESCO). Mrs. Fell has particular expertise in Human Resources and Strategic Management.
Olivier WaridelChief Executive Officer -Biosafe Group SA

Graduated in electrical engineering, Mr. Waridel has been involved in the design, development and production of innovative and complex medical systems. He played a pivotal role in developing the initial Sepax technology. His multicultural exposure has been beneficial in managing technology transfer, business merge and team integration as well as leading commercial initiatives internationally. After having set-up Biosafe's Houston base subsidiary in 2008, he assumed the position of Group CEO in April 2012.
Christopher R. BoltonVice President & Chief Financial Officer -Biosafe Group SA

Christopher R. Bolton graduated with a degree in Modern Languages from Oxford University and subsequently qualified as a Chartered Accountant with a big eight accounting firm. Before joining the Biosafe Group as Chief Financial Officer in 2008, he worked for US and Swiss multinationals for many years in various financial and operational roles. His particular areas of expertise include internal control, investor relations, treasury management, strategic planning, financial reporting systems, change management and business development in emerging markets.
