Versatility of the Sepax technology
Biosafe's core technology platform, the Sepax is a versatile solution for adult stem cell processing in the fields of stem cell banking and regenerative medicine.
The Sepax system is comprised of:

Sepax allows for the controlled separation of cellular products in a fully automated and closed environment.
With the appropriate Sepax software, protocol cord blood, bone marrow and peripheral blood can be separated using different separation methods, such as volume reduction, nucleated cells concentration and density gradient based separation.
The Sepax can be further enhanced for specific applications by addition of:
- Coolmix, for automated cryobag mixing and cooling
- cryopreparation accessories
- SepaxNet, for fully integrated traceability
