Tâches

• Support préparation et suivi d’offres clients selon liste prix
  
• Préparation de documents pour différents contrats (tenders, etc.)
  
• Gestion Agenda Marketing & Ventes
  
• Support organisation de voyages Marketing & Ventes
  
• Suppport au Marketing pour différentes communications
  
• Support aux différents événements (congrès, Symposiums,
• Distributors Meeting, Séminaires Biosafe Academy, etc.)
  
• Gestion et saisie différentes données (statistiques, etc.)
  

Profil

• Diplôme CFC. Min. 3 ans d’expérience, si possible en environnement international
  
• Excellente présentation, discrétion, diplomatie, sens de l’organisation
  
• Personne autonome et flexible, ayant de l’initiative
  
• Capacité à gérer des activités en multitâches, sens des priorités
  
• Maîtrise de l’environnement Windows et Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  
• Français et anglais courants; allemand bonnes connaissances
